Always friendly, professional, knowledgable, and patient! I love coming here and make a point of checking in weekly to put air in my tires and say hello. They are honest, straightforward, and great to work with. I highly recommend!

These guys are great (apologies if there are female employees too - I only saw guys during my visits). They gave me lots of great information and tips about techniques and supplies to use for setting my wheels up to go tubeless. Also very knowledgable about trails in the area and they spent a lot of time showing me different websites to visit to get more information. They are also great about always acknowledging you even if they are busy helping other customers or asking if you need help when you're wandering around the store. Definitely intimidation-free and they even remember you when you come back the next time!

Been looking for a bike online for 3 weeks and all the time something was not right for me. I'm 6'3" and 250 lbs so finding a decent entry level mountain bike that won't break the first trip proved to be a challenge. It took 1 minute for the staff to find a perfect match for me and the price was same as online, except it is even better since you have a chance to see the bike, try it and they will assemble and tune it according to your needs, and if this is not enough for you they will do your first tuneup for free after you ride your new bike for few weeks. So far all that I was promised is exactly as is and bike is performing better than I hoped. Thank you for a great experience in the store and now on the trails.

Every one in the shop is terrific. Patient, knowledgeable and kind. They took the time to answer all my questions and solve the problem. I am a Guardian ad Litem. I have a 12 yr old that lives in the country that now has wheels. Safe wheels. Thank you.

Top notch store with an excellent staff. Whether you go there to buy something small or large, Erik and crew bend over backwards to ensure they treat every customer like they are their biggest and best client. Best bike shop I have ever been to by far -- and don't forget to visit Cadence, the shop bunny!
