Before they moved into the new building, it was a decent medical facility. Now it's horrible! Slow as the ER, so don't waste your time.
The worst experience I've ever had. When I arrived there were only 2 people waiting. Then it became busy and I waited 3 hours while people that arrived after me were taken back. When I asked how much longer I was told that I was next and there was a bed waiting for me. The lady said if your not called back next let me know. I sat another 45 minutes while 3 more people that came in after me were taken back. I went back to the desk and told the young man what the lady had said and he acted like I was lying and asked who told me that. Needless to say I left without being seen and will never go back.
I went first thing in the morning and waited about an hour. Dr. Nobles and Dawnie were excellent and very helpful. I would return here if needed.
Very professional and helpful. Arrived at 8:15 and was out by 9:00.
I would give zero stars if possible. Have interacted with them twice. The first time was after I stubbed my toe the night before and need a hole drilled in the nail to bring down swelling. Doctor acted like I was inconveniencing him and made a snide remark about how he bet I was drinking when it happened. Second time was just now when I called to ask about how much copay and shoulder x-ray would cost as I'm on a high deductible insurance plan and just needed a ball park. Was told first that it would be between $250 and $400, but that was for the office visit. When asked how much the x-ray portion would cost I was very curtly told that they only have office visit costs available and that it was between $170 and $300 but that she wouldn't know unless I came down there. When I pointed out my confusion between the two vastly different ranges she gave me in less than 2 minutes conversation I just said nevermind and thank you. I'm not sure if she heard the "thank you" because she hung up faster than I could add "it sounds like I just need to come down there". Please Please Please go anywhere else if you can.
