We have hosted several large events at The Madren Center and the conference center has always done an amazing job at arranging the logistics and providing quality food on site. The venue is frequently renovated and continues to be a very nice, well-maintained facility. However, this is the only large scale conference center in the area and their prices on everything reflect the lack of competition.
Went to Solé On the Green for a late lunch at 2:15 pm. We missed the lunch window which ended at 2:00 pm. The waitress said we could order from their Bites Menu. We had the Black & Bleu Salmon Tacos. These were lightly blackened salmon with shredded romaine, served on two flour tortillas with bleu cheese crumbles and crispy onion straws. We also had Pulled Pork Tacos. There featured home smoked pork with Carolina slaw, pico degallo, BBQ sauce, served on two flour tortillas. Both of these Bites were very good. I will definitely be back to check out the expanded lunch and dinner menus. The price was reasonable and the service was very good. The view is quite nice and the atmosphere relaxing. Solé On the Green is worth your time.
